The TS-7100 is a small embedded CPU module with a 696 MHz NXP i.MX6UL CPU. The CPU module provides DDR3 RAM, soldered-down eMMC flash, 2KiB of non-volatile FRAM storage, support for a 16-bit 240x320 resistive-touch LCD display, and many more standard features.
