The TS-7180 uses a 696MHz NXP i.MX6UL applications processor, which is very similar to the i.MX6 Solo used on the TS-4900. The 6UL has many of the same peripheral IP cores, but it omits the GPU and replaces the ARM Cortex-A9 with a Cortex-A7 CPU to target lower power consumption.
