TS-7180 GPS: Difference between revisions

The TS-7180 has an on-board Telit SL869 GPS receiver. An SMA female connector is provided for the connection of an antenna.

Before it can be used, power to the GPS receiver must be enabled by setting GPIO #19 low, as shown below:

tshwctl -a 19 -r -w 1

The GPS receiver may then be accessed via the /dev/ttymxc7 uart.
