The TS-12W provides 2.4A on PC104 5V supporting a VIN of 10-30VDC.  The TS-7250-V3 has a built in regulator supporting 8-28VDC which is recommended instead, but for legacy products with existing mechanical requirements this board will continue to work. Powering the system from PC104 does prevent the Board's low power sleep mode from functioning.
